Pearlescent Parfums

The story goes like this…

Since high school, I’ve been wearing designer perfumes, most of which were quite common among people. In 2015, I found myself at a crossroads. I was wearing another fragrance from a designer, and Mindy (my girlfriend at the time, now my wife) came home one day and told me that her coworker was wearing the exact same scent as me. Needless to say, that fragrance ended up on the back shelf.

At that moment, I visited regular department stores, where they carry typical designer fragrances, but I couldn’t find any that truly interested me. I started exploring independent/niche fragrances. After trying several of them, I realized that they were high-quality products that were much more unique! But still, something didn’t quite fit for me. One day, I felt a spark of creativity and began researching perfumes, and the rest is history.

In 2019, Mindy and I brainstormed about a new brand that would blend our two aromatic styles. With extra time at home during the pandemic, we brought these ideas to life. The Pearlescent Parfums brand was officially launched in 2021. Pearlescent Parfums was later integrated into Gallagher Fragrances in 2023 and is now referred to as Pearlescent Collection by Gallagher Fragrances.

The Pearlescent Collection goes beyond mass-produced commercial scents, inviting you into the world of niche perfumes. Inspired by the uniqueness of each pearl, every edition will feature a different two-toned cork resembling marble. No two caps are alike, making each bottle truly unique.

Daniel Gallagher, hailing from Massachusetts, is the “nose” of Gallagher Fragrances and Pearlescent Collection (formerly Pearlescent Parfums), the creative director of Gallagher Fragrances, as well as the webmaster and graphic designer. Mindy Gallagher, originally from South Texas, serves as the creative director of Pearlescent Collection and manages daily operations, from bottling to order fulfillment and customer service for both brands. Together, they deliver thoughtful fragrances, hand-bottled and sent with care from us to you. Each composition has been meticulously developed through hundreds of trials and errors until the formula is perfect.
