Windy Woods

One could say that the wind brought us here. That gentle breeze that caresses the lush forest-covered slopes of the Beskidy Mountains in our homeland. It’s the same wind that dances among majestic trees, gathering scents drifting between the undergrowth and the tops of the crowns: fragrances that awaken in the morning, bask in the relieving shade during the day, and immerse themselves in a mysterious aura in the evening. Or differently put: entwined with vibrant greenery in spring, maturing alongside woodland fruits in summer, breathing with clouds of mist in autumn, and slumbering under a blanket of white snow in winter.

One could also say that we grew up in the woods. For over 50 years, wooden toys have been crafted in our family. We speak of them as when they leave our workshop and journey to the farthest corners of the world, to bring joy and smiles to children’s faces, they still carry the scent of wood and echo the rustle of leaves and needles.

So, one could say that the fourth generation of our family – Justyna and Karol, the founders of the Windy Woods brand – embodies that wind dancing among the Beskidy trees. Its fresh breeze intertwines with the fragrant history of Wooden Story and breathes new life into it.

Windy Woods was created with the youngest children in mind, to instill in them a love for the forest and its fruits from the earliest days of their lives. And for their parents, for whom woodland scents will be an escape into nature, even in the midst of the busiest days. We’ve captured both that love and that escape in natural cosmetics. With glass packaging, we also care for the environment that has been a great inspiration to us for decades. So, one could confidently say that Windy Woods is a new invitation into our world.
